I Need Your Trainers!!

‘See My Trainers’ has been one of my most loved and talked about designs since I first graduated from art school. It has won me more than one job (including a year living and designing in Italy!), and it is definitely one of my personal favourites.
And so, I have decided its time for more! I am going to create a new piece of art and some designs on this theme and this time I need your help, and most importantly, your trainers!
I plan to create a new, 3D version of ‘See My Trainers’ but this time it will be entitled ‘See Your Trainers’. Thanks to some kind friends and family I have started to amass a growing collection of once much loved trainers. But I need more!
If you would like to see your old (or new) trainers immortalised please drop me and email and I’ll send you full details of where to send them.
Sketches and doodles and designs will follow and some lovely prints that you could own featuring your sneakers!

I will contribute my beloved Vans. They are knackered and so no longer wearable but I love them so much, I couldn’t bear to throw them out. Do you need the actual trainers sent to you then? I have plenty of fave trainers but I wear them! Will pictures do? I have some fab red and black Adidas trainers with little stars on them.

I would love some photos of your other trainers too - I may well do a photo version of the piece aswell - thanks for the moment of inspiration! I love the sound of the red adidas!
